Prior to ordering you will need to provide the EXACT finished floor to finished floor height not exceeding 114".

Installation Requirements:

• This stair requires a minimum finished floor opening of 56" by 56" (no less).
• Will fit floor height up to but not exceeding 114" finished floor to finished floor.

Assembly Instructions:

• It takes anywhere from 4 - 8 hours to assemble, depending on your mechanical aptitude.
• Download our "PLATFORM LOCATION" guide for assistance in determining proper rotation.

Shipping Information:

• Spiral Stair Kits ship UNASSEMBLED
• All spiral kits are shipped via common carrier and arrive in a 48" x 42" x 20" box on a pallet and this kit weighs approx #385. · Freight charges will be added to total and are approx. $350 - $650 depending on your location.
• After we receive payment and required information (floor-to-floor height) , it will take approx. 2-3 weeks to build this stair. Freight times for delivery vary, and will add anywhere from 2-6 days. We recently had a call from one of our customers to report she assembled her kit in under 2 hours - by herself!
