Installation Requirements:

• This stair requires a minimum finished floor opening corresponding to the following table:
  • 40” diameter – 44” x 44” opening
  • 48” diameter – 52” x 52” opening
  • 52” diameter – 56” x 56” opening
  • 60” diameter – 66” x 66” opening
• Will fit floor height up to but not exceeding 114" finished floor to finished floor.

Assembly Instructions:

• It takes anywhere from 4 - 8 hours to assemble, depending on your mechanical aptitude.

Shipping Information:

• Spiral Stair Kits ship UNASSEMBLED
• All spiral kits are shipped via common carrier and arrive in a 48" x 42" x 20" box on a pallet and this kit weighs approx #385. · Freight charges will be added to total and are approx. $350 - $650 depending on your location.
• After we receive payment and required information (finished floor-to-floor height) , it will take approx. 1-2 weeks to build this stair. Freight times for delivery vary, and will add anywhere from 2-6 days. We recently had a call from one of our customers to report she assembled her kit in under 2 hours - by herself!
